## Common Login Issues

### Email Address Case Sensitivity

**IMPORTANT**: The Krea login system is **case-sensitive** for email addresses.

#### Correct Login Format

* Use **all lowercase letters** in your email

* ✅ Use: `john.doe@email.com` (correct)

* ❌ Avoid: `John.Doe@email.com` (incorrect)

#### How to Fix Case Sensitivity Issues

1. **Check Your Original Registration**

* Remember how you typed your email during signup
* Most users register with lowercase emails

2. **Try Lowercase First**

❌ Incorrect: [RichardHendricks@piedpiper.com](mailto:RichardHendricks@piedpiper.com)

### Resetting Your Password

1. **Request a password reset**

* [Log in](https://krea.ai/login)
* Enter the email associated with your account (in lowercase letters)
* Click "Forgot Password?"

2. **Check Your Email**

* Look for a reset email from [Krea.ai](http://Krea.ai)
* Check spam/junk folder
* Paste the reset code in the original login page

3. **Create New Password**

* Use at least 8 characters
* Include numbers and symbols for security
* Avoid common passwords

### Browser Troubleshooting

#### Clear Cache and Cookies

1. Open Chrome settings (⋮ → Settings)

2. Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data

3. Select:

* Cookies and other site data
* Cached images and files

4. Choose time range: "All time"

5. Click "Clear data"

#### Disable Extensions

1. Type `chrome://extensions/` in the address bar

2. Disable all extensions temporarily

3. Try logging in again

4. Re-enable extensions one by one to identify conflicts

#### Update Chrome

1. Click ⋮ → Help → About Google Chrome

2. Chrome will check for updates automatically

3. Restart browser after update

## FAQ

### Why does the email have to be lowercase?

The system treats "[Email@example.com](mailto:Email@example.com)" and "[email@example.com](mailto:email@example.com)" as different accounts. Most users register with lowercase, so always try lowercase first.

### Can I change my login email?

Currently, email addresses cannot be changed. You would need to create a new account and manually transfer your work.

### Can I have multiple accounts?

Yes, but each requires a unique email address and separate subscription.
